We certify that all Siberian kittens sold will be in good general health at the time of sale. All kittens sold will be current on all shots and de-wormed as of the date of sale.

A Veterinarian will examine all the kittens before ownership is transferred to the buyer and will come with a Health Certificate signed by our veterinarian if shipped.

The buyer will have 48 hours from the time they receive their kitten to have it examined by a veterinarian of their choice. If the veterinarian finds the kitten to be in poor health in that 48 hours, Siberian Cat Siberians will, upon the return of the kitten, refund the purchase price or replace the kitten with a kitten of equal value. All expenses incurred by the buyer on returning any kitten to Siberian Cat Siberians will be the responsibility of the buyer. Replacement kittens may be picked up from us at a pre-determined meeting place or they will be shipped to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

All Siberian kittens are sold as pets only and there is no guarantee of breeding or show ability.

The kitten must receive veterinary care at periodic intervals to include but not be limited to regular health check-ups, worming and the continuation of the vaccination series for the health guarantee to be valid.

Seller does not guarantee non-life threatening congenital defects (cherry eyes, entropion, inverted tail, respiratory, stenotic nares, or skin allergies).

If within one year of the kitten’s birthday they are found to have a life-threatening congenital defect have your vet sign a statement with the diagnosis and fax it to the seller. Depending on the findings, we will replace Siberian with another one or discuss any other options. In the event of death caused by a life-threatening congenital defect, an autopsy is required and the results are sent to the seller.

The buyer agrees that all veterinary bills are the responsibility of the buyer.

Replacement kittens delivered under this Guarantee will be covered by the same guarantee as the original kitten.

Any health disputes regarding your kitten, which may occur, will be presented to the seller’s veterinarian who will make the final decisions or determinations on such issues.

This Guarantee accrues to the benefit of the original purchaser only. It is not transferable and will become null and void if any interest in the kitten is sold, leased, in any other way transferred to a third party or if the kitten is no longer under the direct care, custody, and control of the original buyer unless permission to do so in writing has first been obtained from seller.
